All orders are processed and shipped from South Australia using Australia Post.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Order Delays
While we always strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to postal network congestion, weather events, or public holidays. Coorong Collective is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to Australia Post.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your new Coorong Collective candle! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your candle please contact us directly via email.
In the instance that you receive an incorrect product or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will offer or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photographic proof for review. If approved for return, once the item has been received, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed.
The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.
