SHIPPING POLICY

 Shipping within Australia

 

 

All orders are processed and shipped from South Australia using Australia Post.

 

  • Standard Shipping:

     

    • Orders under $100 – Flat rate $11.95

    • Orders $100 and over – Free shipping

     

  • Express Shipping:

     

    • Flat rate $17.95 on all orders

     

 

 

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

 

 

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

 

 

Order Delays

 

 

While we always strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to postal network congestion, weather events, or public holidays. Coorong Collective is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to Australia Post.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange terms below.

 

 

Change of Mind Returns

 

 

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

 

 

Jewellery Returns

 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

 

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@coorongcollective.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll happily arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

We offer exchanges for eligible items (excluding jewellery) if the requested item is in stock. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and any return postage costs.

 

 

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

 

 

  1. Email admin@coorongcollective.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Send your item(s) back securely packaged to the address provided.

 

 

 

Coorong Collective reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
